Hisense Logistics Park is the largest logistics park located in Qingdao, China. The park covers an area of 100 mu and the logistics warehouse reaches 30,000 square meters, which creates convenient conditions for the logistics industry of Hisense Group. The park has a total of 6 logistics warehouses, all of which are modular construction, from the foundation to the completion of installation, in only three months, creating a prerequisite for Hisense Group to seize the logistics market.
Hisense Qingdao Smart Logistics Park builds industry benchmark with innovative steel structure system. The project adopts portal rigid frame structure, and the 6 warehouses are quickly assembled with modular prefabricated steel components. The main body is connected to the H-shaped steel column and the variable section steel beam by high-strength bolts. The roof system integrates corrugated steel plate and purlin system, and forms a stable space with the wind truss. In construction, three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used to ensure the accurate positioning of steel beams with a span of 28 meters.The project adopts the enclosure system of aluminum plated magnesium zinc anti-corrosion steel plate, combined with the modular lifting process, so that the main body of the steel structure with a total steel volume of 3,000 tons can be capped in only 90 days, setting a record for the construction speed of the prefabricated steel structure logistics building, building an intelligent and efficient supply chain hub for Hisense, and making great contributions to Hisense Company’s ability to seize the logistics industry market in a very short time.
