With a gantry frame structure and composite panels for wall panels and roof panels, the project has laid a solid foundation for Audi in the Uruguayan market.

PROJECTS Details

The first Audi car assembly plant in Uruguay is built with an all-steel structural system, three workshops are connected by a continuous portal rigid frame structure to grow 300 meters and 60 meters wide giant industrial units. The main body adopts high-strength bolt-connected box-shaped steel column and H-shaped steel beam frame to achieve a barrier-free working space with a large column distance of 18 meters. In the construction, modular prefabricated steel components are used, and the joint strengthening technology of continuous rigid frame with double slope is used, so that the main body of 18,000 square meters of steel structure is capped in only 5 months. The enclosure system adopts 50mm thick pu composite board, combined with self-waterproof cornice design of steel structure, to achieve B1 level fire protection and adaptability of -30℃ to 70℃ working conditions. The innovative use of steel structure deformation monitoring system, its rigid and flexible metal framework for Audi South America strategic layout to build a high-precision, highly scalable intelligent manufacturing base.
